Rumors about Google Health, a service that slipped into the background after Google co-op was released, have started to surface once again.  Wheels started turning after a post from VC Ratings talking about the service was published today.  According to the author, Google is looking to partner with WebMD and Intuit in a deal that could provide users what they call a “Medical Scrapbook”.

A few weeks ago, Tony Ruscoe found a login page for an unknown Google service codenamed “Weaver”.  This page referenced itself as “M Scrapbook” for a brief amount of time — but these words had very little meaning.  I am now quite certain “Weaver” is the “Medical Scrapbook” described by VC Ratings.

Adam Bosworth is rumored to be the brains behind the new service since his title “Architect, Google Health” was discovered on a attendee list for  “PC Forum” in March.
